You're Angry? GOOD. Now go take that rage, that fury, that fire inside you and CREATE!
What if the rage you're carrying isn't here to destroy you, but to fuel your next great creation? Stop wasting your fire on people and situations that don't deserve it, and learn how to turn that fury into art, ideas, work, and action.

Okay, this article is going to feel like lava from a dragon's mouth because seriously, there are SO many things one can be enraged about!
The politics. The performative feminists. The victim mentality.
People who dump their bad mood on others because their mood is shit. People who need to prove they're right about something that is so damn insignificant it won't matter tomorrow.
People who keep orbiting your life when they add absolutely nothing to it.
People who waste your time on tiny, stupid things that won't move the needle forward in their own lives, let alone yours!
Then there are the things you can't change.
The circumstances that won't magically change because you're pissed off about them.
The news. Social media. The bullshit. The injustice. The things happening in the world that make you want to scream. And yes,
YOU ARE ALLOWED TO BE ABSOLUTELY ANGRY!
You don't have to pretend you're above it.
But here's the problem: your anger will take you before it takes anyone else!
You can replay the conversation, have the argument in your head 14 times, think about what you should have said, talk about it, rant about it, let it ruin your mood!
And meanwhile, they're probably getting on with their day.
You're the one carrying it!
So why not use that fiery energy to your advantage?
And no, I don't mean the "watch me" or "now I'll show you" kind of motivation.
Sure, that can get you moving for a minute.
But if you're creating just to prove someone wrong, they're still taking up space in your life.
I'm talking about RELEASE! The BIG RELEASE!
Take that rage and POUR IT somewhere. Into your journal. Into your art. Into your workout. Into your writing. Into your business. Into the thing you've been too scared to create.
Get it out of your body and into your creation!
Because anger can be a source of inspiration.
There is something so powerful about learning how to turn your anger into art.
Not suppressing it, bypassing it, or pretending you're fine, but actually feeling it in your body, releasing it, and creating with it.
That is a skill. And when you learn it, you become invincible!
