Namrata Bhowmik is an Indian-qualified lawyer and neurotechnology governance researcher based in London. Her work sits at the intersection of law, artificial intelligence, neuroscience, and public policy, with a particular focus on neurodata, mental privacy, and emerging technologies. She is the founder of GenNeuroSociety Research Lab (GNSRL), an interdisciplinary initiative bringing together researchers across law, neuroscience, psychology, engineering, and policy to explore responsible approaches to innovation.
